Such a classy and elegant place — the atmosphere feels warm and upscale at the same time. The staff are genuinely lovely, attentive, and professional. The food is excellent — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, was just perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refined dining experience!
We love this place. Especially if you’re just looking for something nice but casual and you don’t want to worry about parking and walking. Food is always spot on, sushi surprisingly good. Chicken Thai salad is just a super good option. Maybe menu items are a little light compared to other places. But everything they do, they do well. Outside seating in Nov is still a little chilly so beware
The service was amazing. It was easy to reserve a seat online. Claudia even called later to confirm, nice touch. The food was great, the Pan seared salmon was flawless. Great plating. My guest ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, she cleared her plate, and she's a typically a light eater. That's superb.
Been here now a couple of times. The service is top notch and the meals we've had are just superb. Have had the salmon and the roast beef dip. Both highly recommended. Huge portions though so unless you want leftovers, they are definitely shareable for two
The gravy that came with this chicken was honestly like heaven. There was more than enough food on the plate to take some home. The server, Andres, was absolutely amazing.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nick's, and it was an exceptional experience. The environment inside is warm, comfortable, and friendly, making you feel right at home. The standout feature, however, is the patio. It offers incredible people-watching views, especially with the perfect weather we enjoyed during our visit.
Nick’s Manhattan Beach was a perfect choice for our grown ups only lunch with my husband’s family.
I had a great time here. Welcoming servers and great food. Our server John was amazing. He took good care of us and we are coming back because of him also. The manager Destiny checked on us! Make sure to check this place out and get the butter cake at the end…it’s so worth it. My dinner was sushi and pan-seared salmon, Chardonnay to top
Nice ambiance. Good service. Delicious food and not overly priced. Decent size portion. Simple menu. Most of the dishes we ordered were all good except for thai salad. Butter cake was nice and warm: one of the best I've had in a while. Complimentary birthday cake. Highly recommend this place.
Nick’s Restaurant in Manhattan Beach truly impressed us. I ordered the pork ribs and was honestly shocked by how good they were—perfectly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My husband had the filet mignon, which was just as amazing: juicy, rich, and beautifully prepared. We also tried the crispy rice with spicy tuna, and it was the perfect starter—crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. The quality of the food and the overall experience made this visit unforgettable. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.
